- Zora Plus Beauty is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- All returned items are inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Promotional, clearance, or Flash Sale items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of excessive, fraudulent, or abusive return activity.
